Delete your account

You can delete your Recuro account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Recuro and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@snowpex.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and profile photo.
• Every item you track, with its amounts, dates, notes and reminders.
• Your settings, notification tokens and usage events.

What we keep

If you bought Pro, the Google Play order ID and purchase token stay, with nothing linking them to you, because Google Play reports refunds against them. Scan cost records stay without your account attached. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting the account doesn't refund Pro. To ask for a refund, use Google Play's refund process.
